###delicious Chicken Tikka Recipe :
####ingredients :
*For Marination:*
**Chicken**: 1 kg, boneless, cut into 2-inch tikka pieces
**Ginger paste**: 1 tbsp
**Garlic paste**: 1 tbsp
**Salt**: To taste
**Lemon juice**: 4 tsp
Mix these ingredients and set aside for 1 hour.
*For Second Marination:*
**Hung curd/Yogurt**: 10 tbsp
**Turmeric (Haldi)**: ½ tsp
**Cumin powder (Jeera)**: 1 tsp
**Garam masala**: 1 tsp
**Mace (Javitri) powder**: 1 tsp
**Kashmiri chili**: 8 tsp
*Kasuri methi* (roasted and powdered): 1 tsp
**Salt**: To taste
**Mustard oil**: 5 tbsp
Mix all these ingredients with the previously marinated chicken.
#### Instructions :
1. **Marinate the Chicken**:
Coat the chicken well with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hours to let the flavors seep in.
2. **Prepare for Cooking**:
Skewer the marinated chicken pieces, about 4 pieces per stick.
Arrange them on a foil-lined tray.
3. **Roasting**:
Preheat your oven to 230°C.
Slide the tray into the oven and roast for 10 minutes at 230°C.
Baste the chicken with melted butter for added flavor.
Reduce the oven temperature to 200°C and roast for another 8-10 minutes.
Flip the skewers, baste with butter, and roast for another 7-8 minutes at 200°C.
4. **Final Touches**:
Continue roasting until the edges of the chicken pieces are charred and crispy.
Remove the tray from the oven once done.
5. **Serve**:
Serve the delicious chicken tikka as an appetizer and enjoy!
