The reason the Seiko bezel insert is more vibrant is because it is anodised alluninium & whilst it will be like that for awhile it is easy to scratch & if worn in the sun frequently will fade . The Tandorio bezel insert is ceramic & whilst not as vibrant will not scratch & will remain that colour indefinitely.

If you take a bit of steel wool to the case back, that will soften the engraving, I had to do the same with my steeldive. Also gives the Matte finish a less satin look.

I would say Seiko for longevity as I have used it for years but they are no longer available new . A lot watche repairers say the tandoorio has a solid movement so should last
