Nice hardware wallet. Hadn’t come across this one before seeing your video. In terms of simplicity- great. But I would love to see more crypto staking options before making a switch from ledger. 👌

Thanks for the feedback Elgars 🙌 Tangem Wallet indeed shines with its simplicity. Right now, it supports native staking for TRX, SOL, ATOM, and POL (Ethereum), with plans to add more options like Polkadot, Cardano, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain, Near, Tezos, Cronos, and Kava soon. Additionally, Tangem enables liquid staking through dApps via WalletConnect, which supports several EVM networks. But yes, still room for improvement for staking. Cheers

How do you find out, or know, which block chain a coin is on??? Yet to find anyone who explains that in detail. If you put it on the wrong chain, you've lost your crypto.

Hi. The easiest and safest ways to check a coin's blockchain: Check the exchange where you're withdrawing from - they'll explicitly show you the available networks for that coin. For example, when withdrawing USDT, you might see options like "ERC-20 (Ethereum)", "BEP-20 (BSC)", etc. Look up the token on CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap - they list all the networks a coin operates on. Many popular tokens like USDT and USDC exist on multiple chains. Visit the official project website - they'll always list their blockchain(s) Quick safety tips: Always do a small test transaction first Match the network on both sending/receiving ends When receiving, platforms like MetaMask will show you which network a token is on. On Tangem you will also see the logo of the chain indicated making it very easy to see. Cheers

Do you have experience also on staking crypto using tangem?
@SmartMoneywithKai25 күн бұрын
Hi I don't have experience with it but it seems Tangem currently supports native staking for several cryptocurrencies, including: Solana (SOL) Cosmos (ATOM) TRON (TRX) Hope this helps. Cheers

He forgot to mention that if you lose these cards, you lose everything so, I recommend that you set up with a seed when you first set it up, you can't go back to change it.
@SmartMoneywithKai2 күн бұрын
Hi and sure, that's great to have that option too. Though if you loose 3 cards, not sure looking after one set of seed words is easier 😉

its for normies not pros
@SmartMoneywithKai26 күн бұрын
😂😂😂I guess so but the fact that you can still use a seed phrase if you prefer makes it pretty much the same as a Ledger, minus the need for a cable or battery 😉 And since they are as secure as any of the other leading hardware wallet it comes down to preferences but yes, for regular buy and hold investors this might be more attractive indeed 👌
