I'd love to know what all the instruments were in the song. I guessed correctly about the Hurdy Gurdy. This was a mesmerizing song and I'm now heading to Bandcamp.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for buying the album on Bandcamp! In the opening theme and all through the track you can hear a Duda which is a kind of bagpipe from the Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains, except it normally sounds different to this. Paul plays this instrument, so we sampled it, and slowed it right down (when you slow things down it also lowers the pitch) to create that eery warbling bass theme that runs in tandem with the bass drones of the Hurdy Gurdy. There is also a wooden tin whistle which is also a slowed-down sample played by Paul with multiple effects but most notably tremolo and an alto recorder played at normal speed. Paul also plays live whistles but in this song, it's a sample that we trigger. Apart from that, there is a synth bassline and all sorts of atmospheric samples, etc that we recorded ourselves and trigger using a midi controller. I hope you will have the opportunity to see our show because people say that it is much better and more powerful live.
