Wet on wet technique is a technique used in watercolour painting. First, you wet the paper with clean water, then you drop wet paint onto the wet paper. The paint spreads on the page more than it would on dry paper. Although this is mainly used in watercolour painting, I do demonstrate how it can be done using watercolour pencils in my video - Zentangle®️- With watercolour pencils.
