At 2:33 , there is a simultaneous crossing to the left while and pivoting to the opposite direction . It is beautiful and suble. Can you pls explain a bit about it ?

The dancing demonstrstion wise is great but it is very difficult to read the print on the screen while she danc, might I suggest a darker coloured font. I had so much trouble I could nor watch the whole thing as it was too annoying.
