The single failure was actually because of a block break that was further up the water stream while u we’re hitting the button. I knew it was gonna fail and you wouldn’t notice it as soon as it happened😅. Also knew you wouldn’t let it go because you are the best😂❤

Hey tango, just learned recently and figured I'd let ya know since you're placing a bunch of powdered snow... the pick block key works to move buckets of snow into your hot bar 🤙🏼 so you don't have to mess with the inventory every few blocks!

You used copper grating on one part of your factory for decoration. You could try using that again to block both some of the contrast of the snow from showing and to keep blocks from flying out of the system. Itd be more expensive, but it exists

Idea to make the whole factory FASTER, aka usable. There is almost no way that you will need just one requested item in a crafter. When you take something from your factory it will never be just 1 thing. My suggestion is to put a pulse extender at each item input chest that will dispence more than 1 item per request (lets say 8). Yes, there will be overflow at the end (hopper minecart would have something in it at the end of the loop) but its easier to throw the overflow in the output line. Your crafters will be filled 8 times faster and overflow items would return to their chest (or burn if your factory is full full..., but that like max 7 items when your factory is full...)

In simple terms, if a hopper by a crafter needs items, dispense more then one. If anything in hopper minecart after full loop, drop it in the output line.

Problem with that is the hopper minecart speed only allows 1 item to be dropped off. You would essentially have to swap out the whole minecart distribution system for water streams. This goes against his "movement" theme. Honestly once the system is full its actually fairly quick. If you actually wanted to speed it up and didnt care about loss, you would speed up the item request clock and add more minecarts. Eventually your clock with out speed your water stream but it will work faster.

@@link287 Good point, but you could send multiple minecarts. The speed of the factory will be awful. If it takes around 10s for each module to request items, crafting just 1 repeater would take 30s because of the stone. A dropper would take over a minute. That is a stack of droppers in an hour. One shulker of redstone torches (quickest to make) would take 4.8 hours... I think Tango should think about the speed. Otherwise he will be sad that all his shop items are crafted by hand.

@@aleschudarek4672 As I enter day 6 of leaving my factory running over night. I just finished repeaters. I am filling double chests though. Dispensers are the worst 3 sticks 3 string 7 cobble 1 dust. Even in this VOD he talks about how slow it is. I dont think it matters to him. If he wanted speed he could also just loop the minecart, spit out more (like you suggested), and speed up the clock. Hed have no loss at all. As long as you dont overlap the 3 rs ticks for the decoder you can actually run this really fast.

The recipe should be cheaper, either 2x2 for both packed and blue ice, or maybe 3x3 for packed ice and then 1 packed ice in the middle surrounded by 8 regular ice.

This is one of the things that aggravates me about Tango's stance on storage and inventory. Yes current inventory management sucks, and yes these solutions (bundles, the shulker mod) are only stop-gap, but they're still better than nothing. The fact that he refuses to even try anything that would make inventory management even a little easier in the meantime as he waits for his perfect solution to come out is always mildly annoying. I mean Iskall used to thing the bundles were a dumb idea until he used them in his modded series, then he realized that they're really good when you frequently end up with just 2-5 of several different items all taking up space in your inventory.

Avoid the overshot item by having the copper trapdoor open toward the center of the room that is on top of the output chest or use a bottom slab/trapdoor closed above the open spruce trapdoor hiding the hoppers

I know most people like the music, I get it. But as someone that has a hearing disability that makes it really really hard to hear voices when there is any kind of background noise my dream is that one day we get talking audio and music audio on 2 different channels in streams/videos so that people like me can turn the music off. Until that day, I really wish people could just stream without music and people watching that want music could just put on their own music in the background. I started watching this video but I sadly have to turn it off, this is too hard for my hearing. I love you and your videos Tango, so I hope you read this comment and idk, I get you can't change it just for a few people like me but maybe you have some more clout to like pitch the idea to KZbin/Twitch or something to get the separate audio or something (A girl can dream at least) Looking forward to the next video!

Your dropper testing (around 1:20:00) is not the ideal set-up to check for horizontal spread (i.e. getting into the wrong hopper) as the left side is blocked by the wall. With items being able to not only go too far the the right, they will also be able to go too far to the left, effectivly doubling the number of wrong placed itmes. I guess you will in future need to manually sort misdirected items which might be an issue for items that are crafted a lot like redstone torches.

Also he spends a lot of time and energy thinking about his viewers.
