I got hooked to Chinese food (Sweet Corn Soup, Egg Fried Rice & Chilly Chicken) at a very Young age. Over the years I grew bored with the same menu and tried something different (thoda hatke) but within the ambit of Tangra Chinese Cuisine. So I started taking Gravy rice instead of dry fried rice with dry chicken items and dry noodles specially Meifoon, instead of gravy or Cantonese chow, with the exception of Chinese Chopsuey. The twist was equally addictive.
