A wonderful married couple choreographer pair. They do a great job on the show. It's quite a challenge to devise a routine, and train dancers in the show who only have 5 days to learn a tango. People spend many years learning; it's such a weird dance, that even if you have some ballroom experience it is so radically different in how closely you connect to your partner, it always challenges the contestants. I sure hope SYTYCD will come back in summer of 2023. I would love to see them as judges. They are very charming people.

@0425writer That's because of how Miriam carries herself - no flaunting (though she's got it), just confidence & composure. I've had the fortune not only to watch her performances both online & live, but to learn from & get to know both Miriam and Leonardo. Let me not be the first to tell you that they directly defy the stereotype that tangueros and tangueras are clique-y & snobby - on & off the floor, she comports herself with distinction, and is generous to a fault. A lady among baser people.

@0425writer Thats what Eugene Katsevman and Maria Manusova do too. in the first round of every competition she wears something that would be considered normal that looks skanky like all the other ones then after teh first round she goes and puts on something like a black turtleneck and skirt and they still win competitions because they show people they dont need to show off their costumes to win. they are AWESOME!
