What you have cooked is no doubt very wonderful. I would call it chicken kebab and not chicken shammi kebab. Shammi kebab is and always made from lamb minced meat. It can not be made using any other meat and definitely not chicken meat.

I hv tried this today....and I am sorry to say it hasn't come very good at all. Taste wise it is fine, but texture wise not at all. You hv told to add water in the pressure cooker and I put very little water, still the consistency after grinding it came little dilute. I feel that we don't need to add water......chicken, potato and onion will release water and that is sufficient to cook it well.

ছোলার ডাল দিলে আলু দেওয়ার দরকার পড়ে না। ঐতেই ভাল বাইনডিং হয়। চপ হলে আলু দেওয়া যেতে পারে। কাবাবে বেশি ভেজাল দিলে মাংসর ফ্লেবার টা চলে যায়।
