as a mising myself, we don't even wear our mising gale, which is our original attire!(only some tezpur side mising wear that and many even Don't know that we have our own gale) the age gasor is adopted from Assamese culture after migrating to assam! and we wear bindi and all while showing our traditional attire and all and instead of wearing abotani ornaments, we mostly use Assamese ornaments, which is not our culture, tradition anyway, (religion and culture are two different things) so we are no one ask about our representation, while we have so less originality!!

Ok so the religion that tibet has till now is buddhism so the main point is that Tani 's were also buddhism followers who had lost their culture , so technically our original religion is buddhism not the human made religion known as donyi-polo , there is no fault of misings who follow their original religion and culture.

Every abotani tribes have their own "gale" even we mising people have our own "gale" too, and all the abotani ornaments can be worn by us, the ornaments mostly resembles with the adi tribe! . the jia bharali (buruli) side mising people wear mising gale! But stil they are also kinda mixed, but more authentic than the rest of the mising people. . . And also, in our tradition, culture, we should not wear bindi and sindur! but people are mixing a different religion to our culture, which is sad. . . The current famous one "age gasor" (sador mekhela) is just a mising designed sador mekhela!

All the Abotani ornaments can be worn by us, and these ornaments mostly resemble those of the Adi tribe. The Mising people from the Jia Bharali (Buruli) side wear Mising gale. They are considered more authentic but still have a mix of influences. In our tradition and culture, we should not wear bindi and sindur, but some people are blending different religions into our culture, which is unfortunate. The current popular "age gasor" (sador mekhela) is just a Mising-designed sador mekhela adopted from Assamese culture.
