Thanks for the nice reaction. Mylene (strawberry blond on left) is the arranger of the group. She is a GENIUS. They killed this song and they include it in their performances. They recently released a 5 song mini album in Jan. 2024. All originals songs, produced in LA and released in the Philippines where it went to #1 on iTunes Philippines chart. They had an album launch concert and each song has a video on KZbin. The songs are: "All At Once", Hate that Girl, Round and Round, Distorted, And February. Hope you can react to these songs. This is going to be too much information .... following since 2011 The Philippines have entertained karaoke for years and have always would sing song of power singers. There are Karaoke lounges all over the Philippines, the malls and in their homes. The ladies as children would sing at weddings, birthday celebrations and funerals. They got their sound from singing songs from the 30’s and 40’s where harmony was the mainstay of music from those eras. In 2001 Almira (13 yrs) Irene (11 yrs) Mylene (9 yrs) [and their older sister Elvira (15 yrs)] later in 2005 Celina became part of the group at the age of 9 yrs. Now, Almira 30, Irene 28, Mylene 26 and Celina 22 are 4th Impact. 4th Impact (previously known as Cercado Sisters, Gollayan Sisters, MICA and 4th Power) They are known for participating in several Philippine and South Korean talent shows, including the World Championships of Performing Arts, which they won twice. The group debuted professionally in 2006. They won 16 gold medals and were proclaimed Junior Grand Vocal Group Champion in the World Championships of Performing Arts in 2006.In 2013, the group competed in the World Championships of Performing Arts and won again 24 medals, this time as the Grand Winner in the Senior Vocal Group Category as the Gollayan Sisters (mother's maiden name). They were also contestants on “It's Showtime” (Philippine), winning the sixth season, and Superstar K6 as MICA where they reached eighth place. In 2015, they traveled to the United Kingdom and competed in the 12th series of the X Factor UK by a British gentleman who invited the girls to compete, the girls finishing in fifth place. The girls did try out for the X Factor Philippines but was told they didn't have star quality and wouldn't make an impact...Ironic.....this was a chance for international exposure... get some more history about the ladies (Wikipedia) and understand the struggles that are put before them because in their culture....they are deeply Christian and profoundly sincere loving ladies....as the ladies would say, “Thank you very much"...... Each lady has her own voice quality ... Think of musical instruments - clarinet. coronet, flute and alto sax ... if the same note is played you can still hear the different instruments ... the ladies voice tones are different in the same way ... Mylene could be the saxophone ... Celina could be the flute ... Almira could be the coronet ... Irene could be the clarinet ... Remember the four ladies have been performing together since 2004 ... Two albums in the Philippines ... The Cercado Sisters 2008 and "Unstoppable" 2012 ... their last song from Wish 107.5 Bus " Times Two " is from their Unstoppable album ... I felt happy , motivated but it also made me sad coz I remember my younger years, I was very hard on myself ,pressure from others did not make it easy either. Struggle for acceptance and all that . I learned to be kind to myself recently . Now all I want is to be kind to anyone and give encouragement to those who needs it.

Hello Miss Tania, 4th Impact brought me to your channel. I would like to introduce these by blood sisters to you , going from left to right: Mylene, second youngest of the 4 sisters and Vocal Arranger for the group, known for her growls and soulful voice Almira, eldest sister and Leader of the group, known fo her whistle notes, I have never seen anyone with better breath control Irene, second eldest and the "Swagger" of the group, does much of the choreography for the group and has written and produced her own single, with Music Video Celina, youngest of the sisters and the Designated rapper of the group, Celina can also like her sister Almira, do whistle notes and can rap with the best of them. This wasn't the only somg sung during this session, there are 2 more; this songs sister song, "NEVER ENOUGH" and a song by Ariane Grande "NO TEARS LEFT TO CRY" Both are stunning covers, but of the two NEVER ENOUGH is almost as great as THIS IS ME, you also get to witness Almira's amazing breath control. I gaurantee that you have never heard a rendition of NEVER ENOUGH like this one, in my opinion it is the best I have ever heard These ladies are referred to as the "QUEENS OF HARMONY" and I have often heard reactors and others alike say they have just been taken to church after listening to the these ladies, they really are a choir unto themselves. You will never hear autotune with these ladies. Thank you for such a great reaction to these Filipina singers, they are the REAL DEAL!

A point can be argued that even though singing solo takes more effort and energy (since you'll be performing the entirety of the song), singing as a group requires more patience as you'll be dealing with the aspects of synchronicity and harmonies. Not all vocalists can thrive within a group because it takes a lot more time to grow into it

Hill Roberts , OIDO is what its called in playing instruments even without knowing how to read notes, simply put, "Play by the Ear". There are many great Singers, Bands or Groups who play many and different instruments like Guitars, Bass, Drum/Percussions, Keyboards/Pianos etc. without Formal Music Study/Lessons. In the Philippines with so many Raw Talents can do OIDO, and in slang its called "KAPA-KAPA" lang. Remember, there are many GREAT BLIND PIANO PLAYERS around the world, that means they don't read notes, simple "Raw Talent" and "Playing by the Ear".

I love harmony too, which is one of the main reasons 4th Impact is probably my favorite girl group of all time. They released two other covers from the same recording session as this one, both on a par with this performance and featuring brilliant harmonies, if you're interested. Hi Tania, I've been subscribed for awhile. I just wanted to tell you I appreciate what you do and how you give educated/experienced information to people and it is pertinent and valid and so useful to countless numbers of people. You had mentioned about your troublesome childhood. I was sad to hear that and am always shaking my head that I don't understand what kids get out of bullying.
