Hi Aishu, thanks for the content. We got this!!!! Am sharing my routine after changing according to the challenge.. My routine ___________ 1. Sleep- 10.30 pm to 5.30am 2. 5.30am to 8.30am- Time with Jesus, Workout, shower, Breakfast and Lunch prep. 3. 8.30 to 9.30- dropping kids and shopping 4. Deep work sessions with breaks- 10.30 am to 1pm, 2pm to 3pm and 9pm to 10.00 pm 5. 3pm to 7pm- picking kids, quality time with them, household chores, dinner preparation 6. 7 - 8.30 pm, Dinner, prayer and cuddling time kids and,and countertop wipe down. more details. Switch off phone by 9pm switch on before your breakfast. screentime less than 2 hrs. 2 lrs of water simple skincare. more precise meal plan with more protien. Reading a book before bed. Reduce phone usage to maximise focus and mindful living. hope this helps someone. Also to keep me accountable. more power to all ladies out there....

Though March 27 is a very important day in my life , i would like to make a change in my lifestyle and wishes to see the results on that special day.. I followed many challenges in last year,but couldnt complete one..this one video is what i was waiting for since new year.. If i could complete this journey with you,i will definitely say about March 27.I trust myself that i could do this very well.Iam very sure that there will be a lot of struggles during these 75days of this challenge because my life is in such a fighting era. I think you can do upload on your shorts about what I ate in a day with proper explanation of your diet plan or meal plan of that day ...at least for a week you can do upload those what I ate in a day video on shorts and update us ..Hope it won't be a time consuming process for you to edit and upload shorts ...that will also help us to get motivated ...Anyways all the Best Aishu❤

Yes, I am in for this challenge 🙂 I have tried some similar challenges before, but was never consistent. But this challenge has motivated me and I feel it is going to bring so much discipline and positivity in my day to day life. I am right now struggling to follow a routine. This year started with a cold and sore throat and just recovered from it. And I was looking for a new start. Thank you soooo much for creating this Aishu! I am soooo happy and excited 😀 Starting a new planner for writing the plan your next day notes. Looking forward to start on 13th January 🙂
