try making Chia pudding with Coconut milk and soy milk/ any plant based milk. It's amazing and you might enjoy it more than the cows milk. Simply soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk and your choice of plant based milk or dairy milk. 1/2 of each would be ideal. Once ready to serve just add some chopped bananas for sweetness along with cut mangoes. They are super healthy, filling nd yummy! You can also add soaked nuts for healthy fats. Do try ❤
