sharon hewett I say it kind of depends on how big you make it. But if you use a proximately the measurements are use, Time and materials? Mine average between $50-$60 each and the customer pays for their own shipping.

Busy Bee Crafts & Gifts I coat mine with clear acrylic spray but have never placed THIS DESIGN outside! It’s been inside my storm door on the front door! My new WREATH FORM KIT, uses 1/8 inch hard board and corrugated plastic...I think it could go outside!! There’s another tutorial here with that. Hope it helps!

I googled literally "black woman silhouette". Saved a Jpeg file and converted to SVG. If all else fails just print it and cut out of cardstock to use as a template.
