Hey idk if you do this but when your done showering turn the cold water on and let it hit your body. The hot/warm water dry the skin out more. I have eczema really bad and this helps a lot

Yeah I failed the 1 hour glucose test & had to take the 3 hour one. For the 1 hour they said don't eat, just drink water. For the 3 hour one I ate a bowl of froot loops before hand & passed 😆.
