Lovely to see some where new Ann, looks interesting for sure as many places near Dumaguete will be of interest for retirement. Nearer the time i will have to look into leasehold properties deals more but not keen on them. So many pro's and cons depending on lifestyle you want. I fear rents will go up hugely in the area as more expats come which in turn will break many budgets and make some move so buying is best option i think to future proof for any family. Is there a beach near by? Can you do a video on the beach life. Rents, places to stay, clinics or hospitals, cafe shops. This is what retirees are looking for.

In tanjay sir the beautiful beach is located in amlan which is 6 mins from tanjay, we had a huge boulevard and café is limited the decent one mostly located in dumaguete. Rentals there are few choices however not expensive as we have here in dumaguete. We have one free clinic no consultation, hospital is in dumaguete 40 mins travel from tanjay.

Ann if and when you have the time could you make a video on Land that is for sale with the prices and any Modern style western style houses for sale for myself 3 bed with 3 internal bathrooms/shower rooms plus 1 eternal toilet & shower area for i would want to build a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Your city may end up being a very good option for someone like myself who will be looking for property & land to purchase with a clean chanote title and road (cement) access within the clean title with only one owner. If possible Ann can you obtain some local Property Estate agent websites / Realtors in Tanjay city. How far away is the nearest white sand beach or the mountains from Tanjay City Ann? Hello Roy, i would suggest for a realtor Alma Fulco is one of the best realtor in dumaguete, however in tanjay i don't see a realtor like in dumaguete. Speaking of finding a filipina woman, i suggest you to visit here first. I have a lot of western friends came here single, now they're happily taken. I am sure you'll find the one for you sir. Thanks for watching. BTW you can find white sand in Boracay and coron, palawan some other parts of cebu.
