I call it puffy (this is when they are clearly on a bulking cycle). I also liked how he said it gave you a false confidence. And that it does, that is true. And the point that by being off cycle for too long can affect that confidence level, again very true. There mind is bent on how weak they feel and how deflated or soft their body feels etc. This can totally mindfuck a lot of guys as they are paniced by questioning themselves, last minute. Which usually the case anyway for guys who don't use at all. Just the cutting of weight process can cause these mental hickups if not used to it. Let alone combine that mental difficulty when also being off cycle. A nightmare! Lol

To those calling him just a brawler tank abbot was a ncaa div 1 wrestler on 1 of the greatest wrestling teams ever after college he started hanging with bikers and pit fighting were he retired after his 50th fight all ko wins he blew out his knee right before his ufc debut and after that he quit shooting for takedowns as much and relied on his punching he reinjured his knee in the finals vs scott ferozo (his third fight in 1 night) that caused him to rely even more on the punching early on in the ufc tank was huge and weighed well over 280(bigger than brock) twice he made it to the tournament finals beating multiple fighters in the same night alot of his early losses were guys who literally ran away from him until he gassed thats something you cant do now in mma so he deserves respect his boxing is overrated though he hit hard when throwing hook combos he hit with the wrong knucklez like nate diaz often does he also drops his hands alot he has a good LEFT JAB AND STRAIGHT RIGHT though

Tank seems to have gotten quite bitter, though he does makes valid points about Brock Lesnar in this clip. In the clips you have uploaded he does not seem to have much nice to say about anyone. In my opinion, Tank was a good fighter to watch, but the way he goes on you would think he is an unbeaten, two-weight, multi-promotion world champion. Maybe his health problems have played a part, but sometimes he really comes across as a bitter old fighter.
