What type of Valentine is this? What mark is it?
@nicholaspratt84733 жыл бұрын
Mark I You can tell by the relatively flat mantlet with the bar going across the center and the small gun. QF 2 Pounder (40mm). The VIII-X had a pointed nose with a 6 Pounder 57 and the XI had the QF 75mm guns that looked much larger. These are the most obvious differences. Others include the Mark II having a diesel engine and fuel tank on the left side to increase range. Originally 131 hp. The Mark III had an extension to the turret face and bustle (rear) to fit a loader. The IV and V were a modified II and III with American engine and transmissions. VI was a Canadian built Mk IV with a distinctly larger cast turret and all but the first few had a longer .30 cal sticking out instead of the Besa. VII was a VI with slightly different internals (wiring, placements, etcetera). Mk VIII and IX were really just the 6 pounder upgrade that prevented MG insertion with occasional late model engines with more HP. X had a bulged mantlet to re-add the MG. XI had the 75 and the most powerful engine (210 hp). Other smaller modifications like the Command, DD amphibious (awesome), and scorpion.

Most comments: Tiger tank Battleships took part in D-Day, all it took was for one of these tigers to make a mistake, and the USS Texas blew it and half the fuckin landscape up and all the Germans in it. This is why i am slowly regaining my patriotism.

British Officer the same battleships that were meant to flatten the beach defences and failed? Besides the big cats were miles in land being held back by Hitler
