I've been making these 4 about 5 years .I've used 20lbs propane tanks, and helium bottles. I've done one with Woks,but it was too thin. I'm now experimenting w old compressor tanks/ bottles. I taught myself how to stick weld,then took classes 4 TIG. I bought a cheap TIG ,n I'm learning all over. Tuning is a harsh learning curve, but U gotta learn by doing. Peace Out ,an DONT Stop making videos I enjoyed your presentation, and narration.Good production quality. One Love.Spread the music.Howie. ;)

oh dear. i'm impressed. but could you list up what tools i would need at the minimum to make this without having an established workshop at home ? let's say i'd do it in my living room, what would i need, and how expensive would it be at least ? thx
@VIDEOEPPO3 жыл бұрын
The material ie, the frying pans cost less that INR 500 or 7USD. Tools are a bit tricky. The question that needs to be asked is" how to cut a slit in the metal neatly without getting the workpiece damaged. I would say, get the starting cuts made at a workshop , which is good enough for a hacksaw blade. Then you can do it in your living room. (But try not to do as the metal filling can get under your skin and it could be hurtful. )

Good approach using the cooking utensils as against the gas cylinder as there could be residual gasses present or even oil which can evaporate with high heat. The final product exceeded my expectations. Hope your young Indian fans will be inspired.

Making hangdrum would not be possible sister, as it requires a proper workshop. The whole process is very noisy and would require hammering on a metal container , making it a nightmare in residential areas.
