Tank-strap Rebuild.

The diesel tank is supported by a couple of bit metal straps. The rear one had both rusted through, and where the strap was held to the frame, the entire support had rusted away. I tried sourcing a replacement strap from the local auto factors, but nothing was available in the time before the retest, so I decided to try to rebuild the strap as well. It looks messy, but is quite solid, so I hope it passes!
