After hearing about their petty get back stories, it made me remember a situation from 11-12 years ago: Maybe a year after I graduated, this guy who was a few years younger than me requested me as A friend on FB. I recall him being cool, we rode the same school bus and talked in group settings sometimes. I switched schools and I think he did too, so I hadn’t seen him in 2-3 years. After I accepted him as a friend on FB, he proceeds to write a post on my fb wall about how much he had a crush on me back in the day and that he used to be in love with me but was too afraid to say anything…blah blah blah. I was mortified because other ppl could see that post and I just didn’t feel comfortable with it. I was too emotionally immature to receive that information. I had no clue what he was getting at. Plus, my boyfriend at the time was violent (currently serving time for murder), so I could not have left that post on my wall. Idk why he felt it was appropriate to make that post, but I immediately took it down and proceeded to delete my wall. I don’t think that I responded to him, but I think that I made a passive aggression status about ppl writing just anything on my wall. I now see, how hurtful that may have been to him because he put his self out there. However let me put in a Disclaimer: I was generally a mean person until my best friend died in 2020. I had very little sympathy for ppl and a low tolerance for BS. I was the person with the smartest mouth who always had something shady to say.. and he knew that. I was suspended at least one day a week in high schools nearly every week. I was awful. He knew my reputation and that’s apparently what he liked. However, none of that matters. I reacted poorly to the post and I still owe him an apology. So, fast forward 2-3 years. (I believe that he was legally an adult at this point.) He pulled up next to me at a gas station. I recognized him and waived hello. He looked straight at me, then walked into the store. 🤣🤣 I laughed so hard because I know he felt so good about himself. 🤷🏽♀️ Hopefully, that moment fixed whatever animosity that he may have had towards me. Hopefully, he’s telling ppl that he dissed me and I cried… 🤣🤣🤷🏽♀️… I’d be okay with it

My question to the men is what is the best way to let a man know you are not interested in them? I have taken the we should just be friend, I don’t feel a romantic connection, as well as the I have a boyfriend (when I really don’t) when a guy ask for my number as well as just no thank you. Some take it well, some not so much.

The issue on the abortion law is much deeper. These people are looking at population growth and the economic index. They need workers for physical labor on the future and there’s a particular race that is declining a lot faster than others. I’ll let you take a guess on which race you think that is. 😉 … These folks are fearing they will not have a legacy to continue to control the masses. This is also why they won’t tell reckless people to stop having kids as well.
@NamasteInYourLane2 жыл бұрын
It's also about having enough people to go into the military. That's why they focus more on population growth. Rather than fixing the economy because those future children will most likely be poor and poor people are the main group that enter the military.
@patriciasmith83342 жыл бұрын
Yes, and they need future prisoners for all those private prisons they're building.
@godsplan3292 жыл бұрын
I don't know that I agree with that...our community is only 13% of the population with the highest rates of abortion...not even counting the violence issues in our community the math ain't mathing to support this..
@patriciasmith83342 жыл бұрын
@@godsplan329 Well we are 13% of the US population but 38% of the prison population so there's something going on there. And now that most prison systems are privatized, they make more money when those prisons are full.

Doesn’t an abortion harm the child? No child is an accident in God’s eyes. Is it not better to protect yourself from unwanted pregnancy BEFOREHAND than to need an abortion after the fact?! There’s so many ways to protect yourself from an unwanted pregnancy these days that there’s really no excuse for it! Why can’t bodily autonomy be exercised before the need for an abortion. It’s an emotional subject and as one who has not been able to have any children it hurts.
@nsya10052 жыл бұрын
Why do you feel the need to manage with others chooses to do with their body? No child is an accident in God’s eyes…. However, the woman has the right to decide if SHE is ready or had an accident. Have you ever had an accident? Spill water on the carpet, bumped into someone, heck, do anything that is not pleasing to God? Simple message is leave folks alone & quit trying to play God.

I understand the hurt. I don't have any myself (and believe I'm entering early menopause). There are also so many situations that women get put in (sometimes out of their control or terrible mistakes) that they shouldn't have to live with for the rest of their lives. Not all situations can be protected from and sometimes protection fails. So why take away all rights. Not to mention growing up an unwanted child to an unprepared parent is usually a disaster and sometimes a threat to society waiting to happen. If surgeries are used to heal people from all types of accidents where people should have known better. Why is another medical procedure that can save at least 2 people a lifetime of pain a problem. I wish you so many blessings and may God work a miracle and bless you with a child. As for no child being a mistake in God's eyes Numbers 5: 11-31 (Instructions for Priests given to Moses by God on how to abort a child created by adultery). This thing is about controlling women period, not morality or "saving lives" don't be fooled. If you have time watch A Handmaid's Tale, your mind will be blown at the parallels. ✌🏾🙏🏾
@hpittman24132 жыл бұрын
No birth control is 100% effective. Some men take condoms off without consent. Condoms break. Birth control 💊 fail. Minding your business is a lost art. I'm not making my beliefs mandatory for other people. I'm not that self-righteous or arrogant to speak on other's behalf.
@patriciasmith83342 жыл бұрын
Miss Richard's I truly sympathize with your situation but you can't use your personal experience as a basis for public policy. And don't assume that's the only reason women choose abortion. I know responsible married women on birth control that still got pregnant. There are so many unfortunate reasons why women choose abortion. There are women who are trying to escape abusive relationships, women who are drug addicted, women who are homeless, and/or unemployed with no family support or access to regular healthcare.These are just a few reasons. But regardless of the reason this is still a personal choice. Rather than try to control women on the back end after they become pregnant why don't you focus on beforehand. What are the laws and public policies that effect women and children. (Access to healthcare, adoption/foster care laws, equal pay, violence against women). How do these laws and policies need to change so more women would choose to give birth rather than abortion. If pro-lifers focused on that instead of harassing women at clinics (the same clinics that are sometimes the only source of prenatal healthcare for these women) more unborn children might have a chance. And please understand I'm not trying to bash you or your religious beliefs. No child is a mistake. I'm trying to get you to see this issue from another perspective.
