aka_ Glitchez Multiple things... One being the service as a whole so employees and rule enforcement. For example if the employees sit around and do nothing and allow rule breaking than it kinda makes it bad in terms of service. Also, the actual trampolines and sections they have within the park because some parks have a better variety of sections and better trampolines/trampolines specified for a different things.
