You should buy a big house with a lot of land and set up a youtuber's house (a business), similar to those in the LA area, and charge fees to cover living expenses, security (set up an electric fence/guards), cleaning services (since folks don't clean after themselves), etc. This will give you privacy and enough space to collab and do crazy things.
