V and RM awarded Elite Status graduates at their graduating ceremony. Only 6 recruits out of 200 were awarded. They have to perform exceptionally well on all physical elements e.g. sit-ups, pushups, sprinting, shooting at targets etc. Also RM gave a speech at the ceremony reflecting on his training experiences. They are just so brilliant. BTS members never cease to amaze me 🎉

@@suzannebarry6337 Thanks for your compliment! Elite trainees are dignified military police. Both RM & Tae are a few who are the elite trainees. Taehyung will be in the Special Defence Team now. “To qualify for SDT, candidates must meet rigorous physical standards, including running 3 kilometers in under 12 minutes & 30 seconds, completing at least 14 pull-ups, executing 72 push-ups in 2 minutes, and performing 86 sit-ups in 2 minutes. The Special Task Force of the Military Police of the Capital Defense Command, SDT, is a unit that exists to ensure the safety of 10 million citizens of Seoul. It is a unique soldier system that carries out counter-terrorism operations, security of domestic and foreign figures, arrest of violent military criminals, and emergency rescue and relief activities in the event of various accidents and disasters. To carry out these special operations, operators must undergo rigorous training. They must learn special police martial arts, shooting skills, building rappelling for infiltration, and helicopter rappelling skills based on physical training to overcome physical limitations. The members who have been trained through training demonstrate their skills through counter-terrorism first action training, military criminal apprehension operations, and joint civil, government, and military anti-terrorism training. I learned that many trainees cried and almost wished to give up as the training is too tough and extremely strenuous. Let’s pray for the safety of the boys especially Tae’s position which is one of the most dangerous.

Just wanted to let everyone know I have been putting my money aside so I can make a trip to South Korea to see my guys in concert when they return in 2025. Thank you, my fellow Armies, for helping keep BTS in everyone's mouths by keeping them winning awards and keeping Jungkook as the global Icon. Other K-pop boy bands are trying to hurt our boys, but let's keep fighting for them. I love K-pop music, but BTS is the only group I follow. Agreed. Golden, with its different musicalities, breaks what societal categories of what a kpop genre is. If you taketh songs on Saud album individually, so many different musical styles are incorporated along with collaboration s from non kpop artists, who bring their own unique stylizations to this album. So although the album is made by a "kpop artist ", he has to be able to take his own musical styling and training and experiences and combine those with artists with different training, ways and different experiences other than the kpop industry. And only artists who's capabilities go beyond a specific genre can do that.
