Tbh at first I never had a problem with the song as we live in a area that gets super cold So I saw it as him kinda looking after her and them kinda just playing around I only really saw the other side it might be when I saw comments on it

@@fatemekh8849 Even without the animations, you can hear that both singers have a playful tone, you even hear her giggling throughout the entire song. At one point early on she even says “I’m at least gunna say I tried” which implies she’s just putting on a facade for the sake of society’s view of sex out of marriage back in the day. The only way someone sees it as problematic is if they’re intent on looking for issues or they’re projecting their own trauma into the song, which the last one is sad, as someone who’s been abused, but there’s no point in tearing down a song whose singers are both probably dead.

It absolutely has tones of sexual harrassmemt IF you don't understand the jokes made in the song. "Say, what's in this drink?" is not the gal really questioning if the drink is spiked, she is asking if there is alchohol so she can use that as an excuse as to why she stayed, even if the drink actually has no alchohol.
