They blew it. The correct move was not to extend Gobert and trade Rudy for Randle, Divencino, Mitchell Robinson,& a pick. The salaries match and NY would a did that because Robinson don’t play, Randle wasn’t a piece in their run in the first place. Then you start KAT at center, Randle at the 4, I guarantee this would a made the Twolves contenders. Rudy can’t even be in the floor in the 4th qt
