I constantly hear this from people learning classical that the best scale for male singer to do riyaz is c# but when i practice on C# I do not enjoy it and I dont like the sound that comes after ward..but E scale suits best to voice and when I sing a bass sound comes out. please tell can a male singer practice on E scale?

A singer shud select a scale from such a note from where he could practice lower notes e.g. If ur Sa is E then ur Pa note is B In lower octave Same is the case with upper octave where at least Madhyam note shud be touched with being pressure on vocals Ur higher note is A in upper octave Hope it helps Some people do have thin voice so they are supposed to do riyaz from E or F note It's a matter of choice and comfort

@@manishmohan6862 throat is not dependent on scale it varies time to time .... Every throat has different comparable scale... Maestro set C# as a standard scale for male cause everybody does not know their comfortably scale.
