@@HyperMoroccoTours Yes. When i was living there i was always thinking why the authorities did not move their offices to Eloutia to encourage people to leave the old city. Franckly the old city has no potential to grow and become a modern city. Its location and structure is not helping.

une ville qui a été inventé grâce au port qu'a été construit par le roi Hassan 2 en 1982 avant il n'y avait pas de ville il y avait que des pêcheurs c'est tout qui venait pêcher et puis rentrer chez eux plus loin dans les villages .
