महात्मा बुद्ध ने तो बिना संभोग के ही समाधि पाई थी लेकिन इस संसार में ऐसे उच्च कोटि के महात्मा भी हुए हैं जिन्होंने शादी भी की। बच्चे भी पैदा हुए मतलब जीवन भर पत्नी के साथ संभोग किया और ईश्वर का ध्यान भी किया वें तो नीचे नहीं गिरे। महृषि वात्स्यायन भी हुए हैं जिन्होंने ईश्वर का ध्यान भी किया और कामसूत्र भी लिखा तभी तो उनके नाम के आगे महृषि लिखा जाता है। वें तो नीचे नहीं गिरे। हमारे देश के लोगों की हमेशा ये मानसिकता रही है कि ये हमेशा प्रकृति के नियमों का मतलब सेक्स का विरोध करते हैं जबकि सेक्स एक प्राकृतिक नियम है। सेक्स एक प्राकृतिक इच्छा है। सेक्स की इच्छा को जबरदस्ती दबाया नहीं जा सकता है। अगर कोई इंसान सेक्स की इच्छा को जबरदस्ती दबाने की कोशिश करेगा तो उसको डिप्रेशन और नींद ना आने की बीमारी हो जाएगी।

@@gilltech2850 I m sorry to say that my kundalini had been awaken by Param shiv or parmatma or maha sunya by his intuting guidance three years back through the process of panch makara(the left hand process of tantra), or u can say kriya yoga. So there is the last process of Maithun in tantra where you have to do floor play for long time with some kind of sankalp, but no ejaculation. There by your subtle body or kundalini sucked out from whole body and get concentrated on Swadhisthana chakra. When you stops floor play after long duration, your mind is out of any thoughts or bashanas for time being, no impulses are coming down from your brain through spinal chord, that accumulated kundalini energy chooses it's path upward through Susumna Nadi. So this is a pure neurology.
