It’s normal, because both sides must be equally tight. then you need to tighten or loosen one side. It is not easy ..

Khushii Bansal is your paper thicker? For me, 15.9 x 15.9 cm are enough. measure the width of the box above and add 0.2cm + 2.5cm + 2.5cm. then you have the right box lid for yours
