There's a lot of little things that hit you on a re-listen, like referring to the thunder as "angry" or treating every act of kindness as a transaction. I also really like that romance isn't rushed for this character. It's realistic! It's healthy. We love to see it. They need to recover. ❤️

I think I have two favorite parts: hearing his voice from the other room while the listener is getting a blanket, and that you decided to record the process of making tea. Really sells the whole "these are people moving around an actual space and doing things" aspect, and I've not found too many other audio-only ASMRs that do that (certainly not this well).

This was just so precious and well made and relaxing. It left a lot of interesting secrets still unopened, so maybe we will meet the cookie baker again someday. I love thunder, especially during the summer nights. The pressure building up until the heavy clouds rip apart with thunder and then rain pouring down. It’s also nice as a background noise, so no complaints here. (Green tea with dried strawberries is the best thing.)

I love storms so much, it's practically in my blood. My great-grandmother was the first to allow me to play in the rain, my grandmother took my mom out to watch a tornado once, my mom always found the rain relaxing. Idk man, all storms are amazing to me.

@@tanukiaudios Chai is definitely my go to. I should say the only time I've had lavender tea has been lavender cream tea at boba places so maybe that's why I like it so much. I just remembered another yummy floral drink I enjoy is Sorrel, I'm not sure if it's considered a tea but it's made by steeping dried hibiscus flowers. Its typically served iced with orange or ginger. The flavor is very tart so you have to add a lot of sugar to it but its pretty good and apparently it's good for you as well.

I am so glad I (re)listened to this again! Your stories make me happy and reminiscent! I used to be quite scared of thunderstorms- I think it makes a difference if you are sensitive to loud noises and bright lights.Since I am, I really feel for Mr. Neighbor! I l love most teas- a spicy orange and black pekoe, or a milder lemon zinger is really good hot during these gradually colder autumn months. And I grew up on iced tea and usually brew up a pitcher most every week. I'm a big believer that hugs help fix most problems. So I'm sending you a big hug right now, just because I want to!
