I feel bad for Rachel. Lee always put Elle before anyone because of his deep love for and connection with her. They may just be best friends but I think there’s something more there. On the other hand towards the end also shows that Rachel allows too much outside influence her relationship and decisions. Her insecurities are gonna ruin a good thing.

Lee is just a kid trying to figure out his first relationship and everything Rachel does is a valid response to that. They are a MUCH healthier relationship than Elle and Noah. EDIT: After re-watching all them again, Lee grew up so fast and changed who he was just as much as Elle (if not more) for everyone he loved but unlike Elle, they all left him. "All my life, Noah has gotten everything he ever Wanted. You were the only thing that I had that he didn't and now I guess he has that too." / "I don't wanna lose you." "And you're not going to." ... "You're breaking up with me?" "I can't even spend any time alone with my own boyfriend!" "I have meticulously coordinated my Berkely schedule with your Rhode Island schedule...Skip orientation, that way we can spend more time together." The list goes on. He was done so dirty.
