@@ftlata they can ask for a baby boy .if they have girl child they would treat them equally they dont ill behave with girls and emphasize educate girl child equally like a boy...majority people in uttrakhand don't ill treat their daughter-in-law for just a boy because we don't have that much dowry system .even after marriage we don't give gifts to in-laws that much thats why in uttrakhand having a girl isn't that much issue like other states but yes they can ask you normally for a having a boy
