The first one wasn't secret,It was the principal room u cant just go inside there.Also the second one isnt also a secret,It was build 4 ppl who cant build a house.So once they saw that house,They can just decorate it.The Third one is also "NOT"a secret,bc if u want 2 be santa u can just go there tho,The 4th one isnt a secret ppl Known it alrdy bc u can see it on the map location.Also the "Live Music Club"Isn't a secret,It was famous 4 the ppl who play sakura sim..And the "Wagyu Restaurant"isn't even a secret,ppl totally made their character eat there so its not a secret.But keep it up!

I went down to sea and found something like a city, I don't know was it a glitch but it didn't look like anywhere else, it was different. You can find when you go to beach, dive deep and keep swimming straight. If it's not then it was my game's glitch.
