Thank you for making this ad free. It’s difficult to listen to meditations that have ads in the middle, so thank you

Your very welcome and thank you I also find it annoying when your trying to meditate and an ad pops up as it completely distracts you and that's the last thing I'd want to do with such a wonderful and inspiring video. Blessings 🙏☯

One of my go to meditations. Thank you for sharing. In return, i offer a doodle I came down with today I feel like sharing to anyone reading this. * Those of us who have been the most broken also end up being the most gifted. We spend our lives screaming "Why God!?!?" and eventually he answers us. Some he answers through logic, some he answers through intuition, and some he answers through signs and experiences in the physical world around us. The only thing required from us is to silence our screams long enough to listen for the answer. Only when we hear it do we heal. Only when we listen do we find peace.

Yes. You have to suffer to be able to heal. To truly feel the whole spectrum of emotional color -- to be able to feel true empathy -- one has to know that hurt. Most "happy people" lack something, too... But it is really they that are to be pitied, because they may never find an answer... Their pain is not acute enough for them to dedicate themselves whole-heartedly enough to the pursuit of Peace. While we who have hurt deeply, long, early, we have a long, delightful way to the more profound happiness that is found in the letting go of the pursuit of it.

There is such a comfort in that. I feel deeply sorry for those that don't have it, and can only hope that they don't need it the way that I needed it (and will always need it).

While listening to this beautiful reading, I have come to a realisation about pain I have held onto for ten years that is holding me back from my potential. I suspect this will set me free. Thank you.
