Hey dragon. Real talk, everyone feels discouraged because they are not doing as well as they think they can be. You are still learning and developing your style and brand. I find, personally, that it is best to make sure you are in the right mood for recording, the videos I make when I am not in the right frame of mind or I am not 100% committed to the recording I just think "aww man this is garbo!" but I use them as motivation to keep going. I guess, I have gone from feeling that uploading videos is an obligation and a chore to thinking of it as a positive habit I have developed. The important thing is to make the videos for the people who enjoy them and for yourself, not the haters and critics. There will always be people who have negative things to say. When I was growing up KZbin wasn't around, the Internet was young and MSN messenger was the cool new technology. If KZbin was there for me I feel that I would have been able to deal with the tough times I had to deal with. People like you and others, large and small channels, make a difference to people who go through tough situations every day, or maybe it is just people who are bored and need to alleviate it or maybe it is people who are looking for a preview of a game that you are playing. But whatever their reason for watching, just remember that good deeds have good outcomes . Remember that.
