This product is not useful. Fitting without help of plumber is not possible. Also there is no mixing. There are chances of internal short circuit and the product over heats to 100+ degree. No customer service provided by Luckymall. Even after repeated calls the person does not answer. It is not a company but run by some individual person who does not have business ethics. Don't be fooled by this person and product.

should be more concerned about the safety , as this is probably a death trap with exposed heater winding directly in contact with the water and if the heater winding fails there could be 220v mains straight into the water as the heater is not consuming power!!! , which means u can die!!! bloody hell!!!!
