Did you use monomer for this kit? I did mine with regular glow powder on top of the base then a top coat it worked for me but not on my daughter's hands, I'm thinking I may have two too coats. This look is pretty

I think I need to get myself the tray but getting it locally I think is going to be a task... also do you think the apres method is better than building from scratch cause for me I never get a good apex from scratch even if using all the methods on KZbin

Yes the apres dupe method is better than building an apex from scratch because you don’t necessarily have to build an apex with the apres dupe method because it already has one. So you’ll just be building on the apex when you add the dip powders. You can get the trays in pennywise. The Prodip dip powders kit has a few included.
