It's a multi-waterballoon filler thingy! Very technical name haha You attach the screw cap on the end to a hose or tap and then turn it on, so all the little balloons fill up at one time

Kunnen jij mij uitleggen wat jullie aan het doen zijn?? Die man op de stoel slaapt zo te zien.
