They seem to be worth it for those that desire thickness, but i think repeated long term installation of ANYTHING that causes tension at the root can be damaging long term…so frequency and volume need to be considered if you care about hairs natural density.

I would get these and clip ins 1M times over a sew in or wig. I’m also very secure in my natural hair as well so we’ll take that too lol.
