My main sport is basketball, when should I be peaking if my volleyball season just started and ends in January and my basketball season starts when volleyball season ends?

The volume and intensity can not be at the same level in any period of training. In " Science and Practice of Strength and Conditioning" book you will find the 4 disadvantages of periodization and the best efficiency coefficient is 75% for team sports, for individual is worst.
