These are Tappe, not boliyaan. Boliyaan are typically in Giddha. Also, as a Sikh myself, I feel sad when Pakistanis only include Sikhs and Muslims as Punjabis, when about 40% of population of Indian Punjab are Hindus. Punjabi Hindus are as much Punjabi as Punjabi Sikhs are. Why do Pakistanis exclude them in their appreciation? It comes across as divisive. FYI, both the leading ladies in this film are Hindu Punjabis, so is the lady portraying as Angrej's mother. Growing up in Punjab, along with our Hindu Punjabi neighbors, friends, schoolmates, we always felt they are our brothers/sisters who have the same culture, clothing, food, language etc.. We also have a lot of inter-marriages, so we sometimes have Hindus in our own families too.
