Most American journalists are too hesitant to seriously and constantly confront politicians. They should ask again and again and try to insist on direct answers, but they barely ever do. It's different in other countries. Remember the very first journalist to directly confront trump in the beginning of his presidency? It was a female German journalist. She asked questions in a way that Americans made astonished and shocked - positive - comments all over the internet. They were not used to reporters asking such critical questions.

Just because one thinks there has been fraud doesn’t mean fraud happened. That said, Trump exercised his right to challenge the vote count. In no state where Trump alleged vote fraud did a recount find evidence to support his claim. To continue stating there was fraud can only be seen as a tactic to undermine the integrity of the system and sow dissension among the public. This Trump has managed to do successfully. Because when the house and senate are controlled by opposite parties, which has been the case for a very long time, nothing ever gets done unless it's something that will enrich the corrupt uniparty politicians, things like major military industrial complex spending.
