This is very important topic of fabric manufacturing subject and it is the basic of weaving which is very useful for beginners in this field
In this video you will get to know Shedding meaning in hindi, shedding motion definition in hindi, importance of shedding, What is the use of shedding
What is the types of weaving, What are the methods of shedding, What is dobby shedding, What is jacquard shedding,What is the purpose of shedding in weaving,
Which type of shedding we can use for weaving plain weave, what is fabric, what are the methods of shedding motion and many other question will be answered in this video
Weaving process in garment industry is very important part and it require loom to produce the fabric as per the design
In weaving many types of shedding motions are there which helps in making the fabric like dobby shedding, tappet shedding and jacquard shedding
In Textile industry we need fabric for making garments in garment industry and for making fabric we need a machine known as loom
When loom produce fabric some motions are carried out to produce fabric and these motions are called as weaving motions
Weaving is the process of interlacement of warp and weft yarn by the help of a machine called as loom
There are three types of motions in a loom
Primary Motions
Secondary Motions
Auxiliary Motions
Primary Motions are of three types
Shedding motion
Picking motions
Beat up motion
Secondary Motion are two types
Take up motion
Let off motion
Auxiliary Motions are of three types
Warp stop motion
Weft stop motion
Warp protector motion
In fabric manufacturing handloom and power loom is used. In handloom all weaving motions are done manually whereas in power loom all motion are done by using electricity

Sir it is positive or negative tappet shedding tell sir

In respect of tappet mechanism it is negative shedding ,because tappet only lowers the heald shaft . They do not make heald shaft rise . That's why we use reversing roller. So when back heald lowers , the front heald rises due to reversing roller and vice-versa . So the mechanism as a whole turns into a positive motion . But in respect of tappet it is negative.
