Tappeto the Sicilian stray cat had baby kittens. They are in poor condition

Tappeto the Sicilian stray cat had baby kittens and they are in poor condition. They need to go to the veterinarian for eye infections and check ups. The cream colored baby we called "Roli". Both his eyes are shut. The black one we call "Rex" and he is a runt. The kittens are about a week old here, but they are in someone else's garden. We cannot get in to get the kittens.
Since the mom cat is still there, we are monitoring these kittens to make sure they will be ok.
We have been feeding Tappeto since last year and watched her grow up. She is very skinny, even though she gets regular meals from us. We also dewormed her and are giving her a special food to help her with post-pregnancy and milk production.
