I don’t think they get paid much more than a standard nurse. I can tell you a story. I was installing cameras in a psych ward once. I was at the top of a ladder. As a white man, a black woman charged my ladder screaming “white devil” and threw me off the ladder. I was in that job for 3 more weeks and never saw that woman again. I have no idea what they did with her but I’d bet it wasn’t good.
