Tapping for Forgiveness of others and yourself

In this round of tapping, I take you through a short visualisation to help you release any anger, hurt or resentment towards a person, situation or event, I then take you through a round of tapping to complete the process. You can come back to this round of tapping until you feel the emotional charge disappears.

Another great tapping video. This one was very powerful for me. During the first and 2nd round I definitely released a lot of tears and hurt. It was so powerful to actually stay in the feeling for a minute and feel it fully. Then by the 3rd round I finally felt neutral and at peace towards that person/event that I was forgiving.

I am working on forgiving my ex husband who was abusive,manipulative and controlling. So much so that I was manipulated and scared into giving up custody of my children to him. I want to forgive myself so I can move forward in my healing journey.
