Wow ! Today it struck me in middle of the tap when you said lighten up - that what is enlightenment? Nothing but to LIGHTEN-UP . To drop all that is not Light ( as weighting down emotionally ) and and that which is not Light ( as dark ) . Drop drop drop all the baggage which is not allowing me to live from this full potential in this Here and now from moment to moment as a miraculous enlightened Presence which is the essence free from this Persona of Pinky . Oh...this goes perfectly with the Joe Dispenza meditation I did an hour ago. This tap truly affirmed and drove in everything about that meditation. Enlightenment cannot be tapped on. Self realization 'takes' self inquiry and/or "tantra", meaning: seeing the "outside world"; other people as one's own self, no separation. I Love you Yates, lovely tapping still. Miracles are possible for all, and enlightenment is our natural "state". Very very few live as the anointed one/Buddha/Christ.
