The #1 thing impacting your kid is your energy field.
Positive affirmations can be like putting ice cream on top of poop. First neutralize the negative, then transition to curiosity, then tap on positive.
Being in fear, anger, or shame and embracing it, is a far higher frequency than being in fear and controlling, suppressing, or trying to fix it.
Trauma is just undigested experience.
Within the experience of the disease lies the antidote.
